Governor Gordon announced on Friday that, while he won't sign a bill that prohibits male-born student athletes from competing in female sports, he will allow it to pass into law.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Wyoming released a statement on Tuesday, saying that Governor Gordon signed into law legislation that would "ban abortion entirely in Wyoming," if the U.S. Supreme Court decides to overturn Roe v. Wade.

The proposed 150,000-square-foot detention center surrounded by 16-foot-high-razor-wire-topped fences would be able to house up to 600 immigrants.

Inmates are often denied adequate soap and cleaning supplies, making infection control nearly impossible.
