High pressure will be settled over the entire state of Wyoming for the rest of today, Thursday, and Friday.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions statewide.  Temperatures will also be mild and well above the normal for this time of year, with highs in the 40's and 50's.  Winds, however, could be gusty to strong in southeastern Wyoming.  Watch out for wind gust between 35 and 50 mph, with some occasional higher gusting possible at times.  Elsewhere, expect no major travel concerns.  An upper-level weather system will then pass through the region this weekend.  This will cause clouds to thicken and winds will also increase across the state.  There will also be a small chance for rain and snow during this time.  Temperatures, however, will stay unseasonably mild.
