A BUSY INTERSECTION IN CASPER WAS CLOSED FOR MOST OF THURSDAY, WHEN A SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER CARRYING LIQUID CHEMICALS TIPPED OVER. Federal prosecutors say two Wyoming men have been indicted for their roles in the slaying of an Idaho man whose remains were found by hikers in March.
