Sage Grouse Implementation Team Meets in Casper

Wyoming’s Sage Grouse Implementation Team will meet in Casper at the Natrona County Fairgrounds Thursday Dec. 12 from 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m. Wyoming game and fish spokesman Al Langston says Agenda items include reports from the Douglas core area reclamation group, Thunder Basin National Grassland and the sage grouse noise and reclamation/restoration/mitigation subcommittees.Public comments will be taken immediately before and after lunch and prior to adjournment. The team was formed by Gov. Matt Mead to address issues concerning the implementation of the Sage Grouse Executive Order.
