Proposed restrictions on the open carry of deadly weapons into city meetings passed on a 5-4 vote Tuesday evening. The Sublette County Sheriff's office says there are no fatalities after a fire and explosion was reported at a compressor facility in the Jonah Natural Gas Field in western Wyoming.
