Operation Prairie Eagle takes flight today around noon as state and federal agencies participate in a mock biological disaster requiring mass distribution of medical supplies. A Colorado hospital says there has been no improvements in the conditions of three workers critically injured at the Sinclair Oil Refinery fire this week.
