North Platte River Rehab Enters Phase Two-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

At a recent Casper City Council work session, discussion was held concerning the continued work on the North Platte River project. Workers at a blown oil well that's been spewing large quantities of natural gas northeast of Douglas have begun trying to plug the well with mud.
