A Casper man denies he sexually assaulted a young girl, but admits there's enough evidence to find him guilty.

Twenty-five year old Nathaniel Lucas entered an Alford plea to charges of third degree sexual assault of a minor.

While it is not an admission of guilt, the plea acknowledges there is enough evidence for a conviction.

Prosecutors say sometime last year, Lucas was with a sixteen-year old runaway and threatened to blow up her house, if she didn't sleep with him.

Investigators later searched an empty house in north Casper, where they found used condoms.

Tests later showed that it was Lucas who used them.

He is being held on one-hundred thousand dollars bond, awaiting his sentence.
