Mostly dry and chilly today

Mostly dry across for Casper and most of the state today with chilly, slightly below normal temperatures.  Brisk winds will keep an added chill on the air as well and create some areas of blowing snow, mainly to the south of Casper.  Mostly dry and chilly for much of Tuesday.  However, another chance of light snow and small accumulations will develop for Casper and

the state Tuesday night and Wednesday.  Slick and icy roadways will again be possible.
