Morning News Update-River Levels Remain Steady [AUDIO]
No news is good news following a wet weekend when it comes to the flood. The North Platte River in Casper has dropped slightly this morning to 7.7 feet after hitting 7.9 feet on Monday morning. Organizers say the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper has plenty of room to grow as an economic force.
