Morning News Update-Red Cross, Flash Flood Watch Remains In Effect [AUDIO]

The American Red Cross, as a first responder agency has been able to pull even more volunteers to help despite the multiple disasters in the last couple of months. Flash Flood Watches continue for the Casper area as well as most of western and central Wyoming through tonight.
