Morning News Update-North Platte Water Past The Danger Point [AUDIO]
A water manager for the Bureau of Reclamation said last week that the North Platte reservoir system in Wyoming is past the danger point of snowmelt overwhelming the system. Police in Cheyenne are giving more tickets for driving while texting or talking on a cell phone.
