Morning News Update-North Platte River Starts to Recede Slowly [AUDIO]
After a month of running near flood stage, the North Platte River through Casper has actually gone down a few inches. Drivers have started using a new permanent bridge over the Little Wind River in central Wyoming. But U.S. 26 west of Riverton remains closed due to flooding.
