Morning News Update-Gov. Mead Activates More Troops For Flooding [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead has activated another Wyoming National Guard team to help with sandbagging and other flood mitigation efforts near the Little Snake River, which is above flood stage. Wyoming prison inmates have been helping with flood preparations in Albany and Carbon Counties.
