Morning News Update-Flash Flood Watch For The Casper Area [AUDIO]
There is a Flash Flood Watch for the Casper area including Casper Mountain until 6am Tuesday, where another 1 to 2 inches of rain could occur today and tonight. Authorities say a man who stopped to help after a car crash on Wyoming Highway 212 outside of Cheyenne, was killed when his vehicle was hit as he left the scene on Wednesday.
