Morning News Update-Federal Benefit Payments [AUDIO]
Starting May 1st, the U.S. Treasury begins phasing out paper checks for all Federal benefit payments. Police in Eastern Arizona say they're looking for one suspect in the killings of two people, including a former Wyoming resident.
