As the economy slowly turns around, tourism in the state is picking up making folks at the Casper Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau Cautiously optismistic. State veterans groups are asking the public's help in compiling a list of Wyoming veterans who have died in service since the Vietnam War so their names can be placed on a memorial in Cody.
