A lawsuit has been filed in federal court in Washington D.C., to stop the Bureau of Land Management plan to round up wild horses in southwest Wyoming and castrate and release 177 stallions back in the range. Fire officials are letting a wildfire in the Washakie Wilderness Area in northwest Wyoming burn.
