Lubnau: Know The Facts About SF 104

House Speaker Tom Lubnau says there has been a lot of disinformation regarding the passage of SF 104, the bill passed by the Wyoming Legislature that removed Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill as head of the Wyoming Department of Education. Speaker Lubnau, Majority Whip Tim Stubson and Minority Floor Leader Mary Throne prepared the bipartisan SF 104 White Paper that details the history of education in Wyoming, where the duties of the Superintendent came from and the history fo the Wyoming Department of Education.
