A single vehicle rollover crash on April 3rd claimed the life of 22 year old Angel C. Rocha of Laramie, Wyoming. The crash happened on Wyoming Highway 130 at 5:50 p.m. approximately three miles west of Centennial, Wyoming.

Mr. Rocha was driving an SUV eastbound on WY 130 when he failed to negotiate a right-hand curve in the roadway. He crossed the centerline, was steered to the right and started to spin leaving the highway to the south. After the truck left the road, it rolled several times. Rocha was ejected during the crash as he was not wearing his seat belt. He died at the scene.

Speed and suspected controlled substance use are being investigated at this time as contributing factors in this crash. Mr. Rocha marked the 26th highway fatality in Wyoming for 2015.
