THIS IS CALLED WATERBOARDING, AND HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS HAVE CONDEMNED IT AS TORTURE.
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS CONCLUDED THAT A CRIME HAD OCCURRED.

THE PERPETRATORS SHOULD BE TRIED IN COURT AND SHOULD BE EXPELLED.
A PARENT ASKED WHERE THE TRUSTEES DRAW THE LINE BETWEEN EXTREME BULLYING AND TORTURE.
TRUSTEE CLARK JENSEN SAID TRUSTEES ARE NOT TRYING TO SWEEP THE INCIDENT UNDER THE RUG, BUT THEY OVERSEE A SCHOOL SYSTEM AND DO NOT ACT AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
JENSEN AND RAY CATELLIER CALLED IT AN EMBARRASMENT.
CATELLIER SAID RELEASING MORE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE HELPFUL TO THE PUBLIC.
OTHER TRUSTEES SAID THEY LEGALLY CANNOT COMMENT ON THE INCIDENT.
KEVIN CHRISTOPHERSON SAID PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES AND HE HOPES EVERYONE CAN MOVE BEYOND THIS INCIDENT.

WYOMING'S HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATE INCREASED SLIGHTLY TO 80.2 PERCENT LAST SCHOOL YEAR.
THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SAYS THE STATE'S GRADUATION RATE HAS INCREASED IN EACH OF THE LAST FOUR YEARS.
STATE SUPERINTENDENT JILLIAN BALOW SAYS THE RATE IS AN IMPORTANT MEASURE OF HOW WELL SCHOOLS ARE DOING.
UINTA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 POSTED THE HIGHEST GRADUATION RATE AT 98.2 PERCENT, FOLLOWED BY BIG HORN 3 AT 98 PERCENT, CROOK 1 AT 95.1 PERCENT, PLATTE 2 AT 95 PERCENT, LINCOLN 1 AT 94.9 PERCENT, TETON 1 AT 93.5 PERCENT, SUBLETTE 1 AT 92.3 PERCENT AND SWEETWATER 2 AT 92 PERCENT.
FREMONT COUNTY 21 HAD THE WORST RATE AT JUST 13 PERCENT.

ACCORDING TO LARAMIE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SPOKESMAN LT. DON HOLLINGSHEAD, OLIVER ANDERSON WAS ARRESTED BY THE MESA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE ON JAN. 19.
ANDERSON IS ACCUSED OF CHOKING HIS GIRLFRIEND UNCONSCIOUS AND HOLDING HER AT KNIFEPOINT DURING A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INCIDENT LAST NOVEMBER.
ANDERSON IS BEING HELD IN THE MESA COUNTY DETENTION CENTER AWAITING EXTRADITION.
