THE WYOMING U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE SAYS
U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGE SCOTT SKAVDAHL SENTENCED CHASE MCKAY STAGNER, 21, OF CHICO, CALIF., FOR TWO COUNTS OF PRODUCTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

STAGNER WAS ARRESTED IN CALIFORNIA AND EXTRADITED TO WYOMING.

HE RECEIVED 15 YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT, TO BE FOLLOWED BY 15 YEARS OF SUPERVISED RELEASE, AND WAS ORDERED TO PAY $5,000 TO THE JUSTICE FOR VICTIMS TRAFFICKING ACT.

SKAVDAHL ALSO SENTENCED FERMIN FAUSTO, 38, OF EVANSTON FOR BEING A FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM.

HE RECEIVED SIX YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT, TO BE FOLLOWED BY THREE YEARS OF SUPERVISED RELEASE.
U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGE ALAN JOHNSON SENTENCED TWO MEN FOR ILLEGAL RE-ENTRY OF A PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED ALIEN INTO THE UNITED STATES.

ONE MAN FROM HONDURAS, WAS ARRESTED IN WORLAND, AND ANOTHER FROM MEXICO WAS ARRESTED IN CASPER.

BOTH WERE SENTENCED TO TIME SERVED, PLUS 10 DAYS, AND ARE SUBJECT TO DEPORTATION UPON RELEASE FROM CUSTODY.
