HE RECEIVED THREE YEARS FIVE MONTHS OF IMPRISONMENT.
SKAVDAHL SENTENCED SCOTT EUGENE BRONSON FOR POSSESSION OF A MACHINE GUN.
HE RECEIVED SIX YEARS EIGHT MONTHS OF IMPRISONMENT.
SKAVDAHL ALSO SENTENCED RASHAAN FREDRICK BURTON FOR CONSPIRACY TO DISTRIBUTE 50 GRAMS OR MORE OF A SUBSTANCE CONTAINING METHAMPHETAMINE.
BURTON WAS ARRESTED IN GILLETTE. HE RECEIVED 13 YEARS FOUR MONTHS OF IMPRISONMENT.
AND CHIEF U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE KELLY RANKIN SENTENCED JOHN RUDNICK OF INDIANAPOLIS FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT.
RUDNICK INTENTIONALLY PROVIDED MISLEADING AND INACCURATE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS DURING A DEPOSITION IN A BANKRUPTCY CASE THAT OBSTRUCTED THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.
