The exiting cold front has left behind cooler temperatures across the state in addition to a little more light snow in the southeast.  For the most part, though, today’s weather will be mainly dry statewide.  West to northwest winds will be strong at times especially around Cody and also in the north central, east central and southeastern portions of the state where the wind will gust to 35 mph or better.

It will be a chilly start to the weekend, although temperatures will actually be seasonal for this time of the year.  Conditions look dry and breezy on Saturday.  In Casper, daytime highs will range from the upper 20s to the lower 30s, with lows in the lower 20s.

The second half of the weekend features high pressure over the state.  Sunday will be a warmer, mainly dry day.  It should be able to warm into the 40s in Casper.
