Interesting Way To Keep Your Wyoming Cattle’s Water Full

When I was younger and my Grandfathers were still alive, I saw some interesting ideas and creativity when they were tinkering around their farms.

You never knew what kind of gadgets you would find, trying to make their life on the farm easier and potentially save them money. You'll likely find that mentality on most farms or ranches. You work with what you have and make it work to the best of your ability.

When I found Cody Donreeder's Instagram page, I saw that he shows how he handles some of the work on their ranch. His mindset seems like that of my Grandfathers.

For instance, watering systems.

I remember the first time I saw a long white PVC pipe running up and down the rows of Grandpa's garden. He used the pipe to reduce his workload when it was time to water his plants. It must've worked because he always had a garden produced all summer.

If you have cattle, you know how important it is to keep their water tanks full. You may use methods like Cody did, or maybe not quite the same. Sure, you've heard of using a float valve to ensure the tanks fill when the water drops to a certain level. What about using an old gas pump handle? Maybe it's not something you've ever thought to use, but it may be a good option if you have one lying around.
