School is back in session, and money is so tight that you're struggling to buy groceries to keep your kids fed. Or maybe you're in between jobs, and your refrigerator is empty.

Where can you turn?

Joshua's Storehouse in Casper is there for you every Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Joshua's started in Casper in the early 1990's in the basement of a family who saw the need for fresh food in their neighborhood. Since then, we have grown to be one of the biggest pantries in the state and are currently in our fourth location downtown on Wolcott.

We believe that everyone falls on rough times, and that everyone, no matter their income or socioeconomic status, deserves food security. That's why we have no income limits for our normal food pantry services.

This fantastic organization opens its doors weekly to ensure everyone can eat by distributing everything from fruits and vegetables to bread and milk to items to help you care for your baby.

If you've ever been down on your luck and have been helped by Joshua's Storehouse, you know how important it is to keep them operating. Fundraising is vital to do just that, and they're having a cool 'Sip & Savor' event on September 12 at Vintage Fine Wine and Martini Bar.

The money raised will go back into helping keep the community fed. If you can't make it to the event, you can always donate on their website, JoshuasStorehouse.org.
