Best Stand Contest Kicks Off Casper’s Lemonade Day Celebrations

On Saturday, June 20, Casper turns sour. Well, kind of. Lemonade Day is back, and kids all over the area are getting plans together to spend the day making and selling lemonade.

Our mission is to help today’s youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow...one lemonade stand at a time!

Before we get to the big day, we have an opportunity for your kids to show off their hard work and building skills at the Lemonade Day Best Stand Contest at Sutherlands on Saturday, June 13.

This day is designed to build excitement for Lemonade Day and give your Lemonade expert a chance to win prizes. Some of the prizes they could win are an electric Jeep or Mercedes, Pepsi products, a new skateboard, or Pizza. Not a bad batch of prizes just for showing up with your lemonade stand.

If you haven't picked up the Lemonade Day backpack from any Hilltop Bank location, that's cool; you still have until June 18th to get your kid registered. Hilltop.Bank has great resources for you and your kid on how to budget, plan, set goals, and tips on the best way to build your stand.

For the Best Stand Contest, show up with your lemonade stand, set it up as you will on Lemonade Day, and kick back to enjoy the day at Sutherlands from 10 a.m. to Noon. This fun Lemonade Day-inspired community event will be even bigger this year, with more activities and prizes from Admiral Beverage and Country Time Lemonade.
