Shoppers from Casper, Mill, Evansville, Midwest, Glenrock, Douglas and other central Wyoming communities will be out and about shopping on Friday.

Black Friday is almost here and maybe you're looking for a unique way to find gifts for your family.

One idea is to go stand in line and battle crowds at all the big-box stores. Another way, is to head to Mills and the Beacon Club for a Black Friday Craft Fair and support local businesses.

The event kicks off at 10:30am and will roll until 3:30pm. That will give you plenty of time to find everything you need for all those "hard to show for" people on your Christmas list.

If you're local, have a business and want to get involved, there's still time. There are a couple different levels of tables available and a good opportunity for you to get your items in front of a bunch of people.

Even though the Beacon is in new hands, you'll still feel that same "Black Friday Beacon" vibe with quite a few familiar faces.

Since the event is being held in the middle of the day, you don't have to worry about waking up too early to get the best deals.

Saturday is Small Business Saturday, a day when you're encouraged to go to locally owned shops and stores, to support and help keep local business thriving. Nobody says you can begin supporting local folks early.

Think local this year and check out the Beacons Black Friday Craft Fair.

What are the Meanings of Secret Codes You Might Hear While Shopping

On rare occasions, there will be announcements made using secret codes that only employees understand at the store. Some of these are pretty scary and if you hear them, you will want to exit the store ASAP.
