A Casper Artist Is Going National With New Fabric Line
You've heard the old saying...
Good things come to those that wait.
For Casper artist Travis Glasgow, that wait has taken about two years, but the good thing is FINALLY happening. Travis has just finalized a deal with Hoffman California Fabrics to release his own line of custom print fabrics nationwide.
It's been a lot of work just working with Hoffman and the designers there, trying to find the right fit, trying to find the right pieces. The pieces that they liked, the pieces I liked, just kind of the right designs.
Glasgow said that getting in with Hoffman has been tough.
They're so well known in the fabric industry, I just think that there's a timely process to get in.
The self-taught artist, who uses his background in graphic art to infuse landscape and wildlife photography, made the exciting announcement recently on his Facebook page.
After nearly 2 years since signing with Hoffman California Fabrics, my "Wild" collection has finally been released! If you're interested in purchasing, Hoffman has thousands of independent fabric retailers, apparel makers, and quilt shops across the U.S.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, there are so many talented artists in the Casper community and to see the hard work and dedication payoff is great.
If you're interested in having on of Travis' original prints on a quilt displayed in your home, or using his design pattern in your very own project, it'll be a reality in 2024.
Travis has been a frequent guest on Wyoming Hookin' & Huntin' Outdoors and will return Sunday, September 24th to discuss the new fabric line. You'll be able to hear the episode on-demand beginning Monday, September 25th on the show On-Demand Page.
