Gov. Mead Finalizing Budget-Morning News Update [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead has spent most of the last few months working on a budget that he will present to the legislature this Thursday. Winter Storm Watches are in effect for portions of Wyoming starting Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.
