Explosion At Lost Cabin Gas Plant Injures Four

An explosion has injured at least four workers at the Conoco-Phillips Lost Cabin Natural Gas Treatment plant near Lysite, according to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Department.

According to Captain David Good  of Fremont County there are four injured at this time, with burns and other injuries. Life Flight helicopter from Casper, the Classic Lifeguard helicopter from Riverton and  Sublette County have all responded to treat and transport those injured.

According to Captain Good, due to the nature of the injuries, those involved will be transported to burn centers.
