THE CITY OF CASPER WILL HELP FUND A COMMUNITY BRANDING INITIATIVE SPEARHEADED BY SEVERAL CITY AND NATRONA COUNTY-BASED AGENCIES. Authorities believe a Wyoming man whose body was found at Flaming Gorge Reservoir drowned while trying to retrieve a boat.
