CASPER CITY COUNCIL CONTINUED ITS DISCUSSION ABOUT THE CITY OF CASPER’S PROPOSED $144 MILLION BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014 AT ITS SECOND OF FOUR BUDGET WORK SESSIONS THURSDAY NIGHT. Lawyers for the federal government and several pro-hunting groups have joined the state of Wyoming in urging a federal judge in Cheyenne not to allow a coalition of environmental groups to drop a lawsuit challenging recent federal action turning wolf management over to the state.
