Former Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife Lynne were honored Tuesday morning at the 13th Boys & Girls Club of Central Wyoming Annual Awards and Recognition Breakfast at the Casper Events Center. Rangers have rescued a 43-year old Wisconsin man who was injured in a fall while climbing in Grand Teton National Park.
