Cesar Dominguez-Villalobos of Wheatland Arrested For Indecent Exposure In Casper
A Wheatland man is accused of exposing himself at the east Casper Walmart.
Thirty-seven year old Cesar Dominguez-Villalobos was arrested for public indecency and simple assault unlawful contact.
Investigators with the Casper Police Department say last Wednesday and Thursday (November 30 and December 1) during the early morning hours, several female employees at the east Casper Walmart reported a male exposing himself in the store.
Surveillance video showed a man later identified as Dominguez, with his pants unzipped and what appeared to be his genitals covered by white clothing, protruding from below his waist, as he put his arm around one employee.
Another instance showed Dominguez making a purchase and touching his genital area.
Dominguez returned to same store again last Friday (December 2) with his pants unzipped and he was taken into custody.
When interviewed, he admitted to what he did and called his actions stupid and childish.
He also stated he had been arrested in Douglas back in April, and pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was given six months of unsupervised probation.
