Casper Police Investigating Threat At NCHS-Morning Update [AUDIO]

Officials with the Natrona County School District are working with the Casper Police Department after a letter was received by Natrona County High School staff threatening violence against the school on Wednesday. Wyoming voters face three constitutional questions in next week's general election.
