Casper Metro Animal Control Dealing With Cats-Morning Update [AUDIO]

CASPER’S METRO ANIMAL CONTROL CENTER IS STILL IN POSSESSION OF SEVERAL DOZEN CATS THAT WERE TAKEN IN A MASSIVE RAID LAST DECEMBER. A potent winter storm with moderate to heavy snow will impact Wyoming this weekend. Snow will spread throughout most of the state starting later today and continue through Sunday afternoon, with Winter Storm Warnings and Watches posted for most of the state.
