
Casper Man Enters Plea In Fatal Accident-Morning News Update [AUDIO]
A Casper man accused of killing another man with his vechicle, before crashing into the Goodstein Building has entered his plea in court. Governor Matt Mead says he won't give Wyoming Supt. of Public Instruction Cindy Hill free rein to classify her employees as at-will.
