Mills Man Convicted Of Bank Robbery Is Sentenced-Morning News Updated [AUDIO]
A Casper man convicted of robbing a downtown Casper bank has been sentenced to prison. A University of Wyoming study says only 56 percent of minority students who entered the school in 2009 would have been assured admittance under new admission standards being considered.
