Casper City Council Passes Weapons Ban-Afternoon News Update [AUDIO]

Casper City Council members in favor of the new ban on deadly weapons in city meetings stood firm in the final vote approving the ordinance change Tuesday night. A winter storm that swept across Wyoming dropped 2 feet or more of snow in some spots including Casper Mountain with upwards of 32 inches.
