Sunshine is expected throughout most of the state through this afternoon.  It will be quiet and dry in most areas with highs in the 20s and 30s.

Although the week's weather will be starting out quiet, it will not last long.  Another cold front crosses the state later today and tonight.  Clouds will fill in with snow to follow.  The snow will start in the north and northwest today and push southeast this evening and tonight.  Portions of northern Wyoming are under a Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon through 11AM Tuesday.  Five to eight inches of snow are expected there, with more in the mountains.

Tonight into Tuesday the snow spreads southeast.  There will be some tricky traveling statewide on Tuesday due to ice and snow pack on roads.  The cold front will carve out a trough of low pressure which will allow cold air to move south.  Highs on Tuesday will only be in teens and single digits.
