Area Law Enforcement’s “CARTE” Operation This Weekend-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

A number of law enforcement agencies are preparing for the third annual Combined Accident Reduction Traffic Enforcement or "CARTE Operation. The Library's citizen led task force will recommend going to the ballot with a new library initiative that needs voter support to pay for it.
