University of Wyoming head football coach Craig Bohl met with the media on Labor Day to give his review of the Montana win and preview of Air Force.

At a packed house in the Wildcatter Suites Sunday evening, University of Wyoming Athletic Director Tom Burman announced the hiring of Craig Bohl as the 32nd head football coach at UW. Bohl receives a 5-year deal, through 2018, and is guaranteed $750,000 in his first year. The contract will escalate each year with incentives.

Brett Smith accounted for 640 yards of total offense, 8 touchdowns and set numerous records, but it was a Stuart Williams 36-yard field goal in overtime that gave the Wyoming Cowboys a 59-56 victory over the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors Saturday at War Memorial Stadium. University of Wyoming head football coach Dave Christensen announced early Tuesday that defensive coordinator Chris Tormey has been relieved of his duties on the Cowboy coaching staff effective immediately. Current defensive line coach Jamar Cain has been named the interim defensive coordinator.
