Steven Harris Sentenced For Child Sex Crimes

A Michigan man has been sentenced after he admitted to having sex with an under-aged girl in Casper.

Fifty-two year old Steven Harris was sentenced to eight-to-13 years in prison, after he pleaded guilty to one count of second degree sexual abuse of a minor, and one count of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators say from May through September of 2011, Harris was staying at a friends house, when it was discovered he was having a sexual relationship, with an underaged girl that also lived there.

He was evicted, but then let back in a few months later, and the relationship continued.

Eventually, Harris moved to Michigan, but was still in contact with the victim through Facebook.
