Casper Police respond to a report of a man causing a disturbance at the Boys and Girls Club.

At about ten o'clock Monday morning, the Casper Police Department received a call that a man stripped to his underwear was causing problems at the Boys and Girls club located at seventeen-o-one East K Street.

Officers were informed that twenty-five-year-old, Michael Condelario was yelling at teachers and trying to board school buses.

According to affidavit, Condelario appeared agitated and confused and when officers asked what he had taken, he told them that he had consumed weed, mushrooms, ecstasy, acid, and alcohol.

After being cleared from the Wyoming Medical Center, Condelario was transported to the Natrona County Detention Center with charges of under the influence of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and disturbing the peace.
