Director says “Underwear Man” Isolated Incident [AUDIO]
The Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming assures the public that Monday’s incident is an isolated case.

On Monday morning, a man dressed only in his underwear was arrested at the Boys and Girls Club for causing a disturbance.
The organization’s director, Ashley Bright, reassures the community that the incident was unusually rare.
Bright says that the staff and volunteers follow strict protocol to maintain the safety and well-being of children and youths.
