The last of four men charged in a string of burglaries at cabins on Casper Mountain last summer, will avoid prison time.

James Tuschling of Glenrock, was given first time offender status, and a one-to-five year probation period, after pleading guilty to one count of burglary.

Investigators with the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office received a number of calls between August and October 2012, regarding break-ins and items missing or damaged at a number of places on Casper Mountain.

If Tuschling completes the probation term, the charge will be dismissed.

Three of his co-defendants have pleaded guilty to similar charges and have already been sentenced.
