James Tuschling Admits His Part In Casper Mountain Cabin Burglaries
The last of four men charged in a string of burglaries at cabins on Casper Mountain last summer is now admitting his role in the crime.
Nineteen-year-old James Tuschling of Glenrock, has pleaded guilty to one count of burglary.
As part of a plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to seek first time offender status, meaning if Tuschling completes a term of probation, the charge will be dismissed.
Three of Tuschling co-defendants have pleaded guilty on similar charges connected to the case, and are awaiting sentencing.
