The Wyoming Highway Patrol is seeking information from the public in regards to a hit-and-run that occurred in Cheyenne late Saturday night.

Sergeant David Wagener says a motorcycle was hit by a car at the intersection of College Drive and South Greeley Highway around 11:10 p.m.

The car, described as a red, early 2000's model Pontiac with Wyoming plates, briefly stopped in the Loaf-N-Jug parking lot on the northwest corner of the intersection and then proceeded west on College Drive.

"Damage on that suspect vehicle should be located on the front bumper of the car," said Wagener.  "There could possibly be some dark blue paint transfer from the motorcycle that was hit in the crash."

Wagener says the driver of the motorcycle was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.  A passenger on the motorcycle was uninjured.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 1-800-442-9090 or 307-777-4321.
