The Natrona County Sheriff's Office has issued two citations against the underaged driver of a vehicle, involved in a roll-over crash near Bar Nunn, that injured herself and two other passengers.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office says the then 13-year old driver was cited for reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

In August, deputies responded to a one vehicle roll-over crash, in a field near Westwinds Road, about one mile west of I-25, north of Bar Nunn.

A 14-year old and nine year old female were passengers at the time.

The youngest one, was in critical condition at a Denver hospital, but is now back at home.

Investigators have not said what exactly happened, or how fast the vehicle was going, but have determined that all three girls were not wearing a seat belt, and alcohol and drug use was ruled out as a contributing factor in the wreck.
